Based on the continuing relationships with insurance companies, KPA has been engaged to defend insurance companies against claims from their own insureds. KPA’s experiences over the years have allowed it to develop into a firm that has been requested to provide insurance coverage opinions from various carriers as well as defend litigated claims brought against insurance companies. In addition to providing coverage opinions and defending insurance companies from bad faith claims, KPA has been asked to obtain Examinations Under Oath and file preemptory declaratory judgment actions to protect our insurance company clients.
